Deposited R4000 into my CMTrading account on the 30th October 2018, less than a week later I was involved in a motorcycle accident and had to withdraw some of the funds roughly a week after my deposit, $215 to be exact or roughly R2990 with the respective exchange rate on the 7th November , this initial withdrawal was not approved due to the copy of the front of my bank card not being clear this according to an email sent to me by CMTrading, i was made aware of the denied withdrawal by going online to find that the funds had been returned into my trading account before I could send a clear copy of the card. Without any cause for concern I lodged a second withdrawal request on the 12th November 2018 for the same amount of $215 and after completing and sending all the required documentation I can only assume the withdrawal was approved because I received R206.00 in my account on the 19th November 2018, this was of course a terrible surprise seeing as though I had requested a withdrawal of $215 or roughly R3000.00 and not R206.00. I'm really dissappointed in the service I've experienced and would like to know how a R3000.00 withdrawal ends up as R206.00 withdrawal. Furthermore ever since the funds have entered my account I am no longer able to enter my cmtrading account, when I type in my log in details I receive a message reading "Generic Error 1". To anyone reading this I'm sure there are better trading platforms out there stay away from such! ...As I sit and wait for a witty reply from one of CMTrading's representatives absolving them of any wrongdoing in this blatant ****************.

First and foremost, we are sorry to hear that you were involved in an accident and sincerely hope that you are ok.
There will be no "witty replies absolving us of any wrongdoing" nor was there a "blatant ****************", this was simply a result of an unfortunate human error!
One of our humans simply clicked on the wrong button, sending you 206 Rand instead of 206 USD. Rest assured that this error is being fixed at this very moment and the remainder of your funds will be sent to your card shortly.
We do apologize for this mistake, however we can't help but wonder why you did not contact us directly. We have always been available to you for any question or query and while we understand that posting reviews is the easy thing to do nowadays, we would have appreciated being given the benefit of the doubt.
In regards to the "Generic Error" received when trying to log in, note that our servers went unexpectedly down yesterday for a few hours, and unfortunately, this is a problem that all our clients experienced, not only you.
We hope that you will find that the right thing to do is to amend your review, but we will leave that to you.
Best regards,

There was no human error when you funded your account because there was no human intervention in that process.
Withdrawals require for actually people to type in numbers and click on buttons, which can lead to human error.
We are not saying that you should have to "expect" an error to be made, but aren't we all after all human? Have you never made a mistake, Gift? Probably yes. Does that make you unprofessional? Probably not.
We are not moving away from the mistake, on the contrary, we are taking responsibility which is one thing that should bode well for us, shouldn't it?
Your funds were processed about 30 minutes ago, please allow additional time for your bank to process on their end.
