Cmtrading keeps on disappointing and I won’t advice anyone to trade with them currently they giving me problems on withdrawing my cash instead they want to convince you not to withdraw then youloose all of your money. Useless broker that doesn’t improve.

We are very sorry to read that you are not satisfied with our services, although we find this a little strange considering you have been trading with us for quite some time, this is not your first withdrawal and you didn't seem to have any issues with the previous one.
We're not sure why you are saying you were convinced to cancel your withdrawal and lost all your money when your account history actually shows that you made profits while trading with us.
You cannot hold us responsible for your decision to cancel your previous withdrawal Sir, you could have carried on with the request and it would have been processed without any problems.
The matter of your current withdrawal request is due to your bonus.
We will refer you to our Terms and Conditions in regards to bonuses ( https://www.cmtrading.com/ExternalFiles/Bonus-Terms-and-Conditions.pdf ), especially section 4.1.3. which clearly states "Should the Customer withdraw any funds from the Account before completing the required trading volume, the total Award amount may be deducted from the Account. The Customer’s trading volume in the Account will be calculated from the date the Customer receives the Award."
Your account shows that you received a bonus on 12.09.2019 in the amount of 119.24$ for which you needed to trade a total of 23.85 lots. Your trading history shows that you traded 18.60 lots since the bonus was credited on the account, therefore the bonus amount must be removed from the account upon withdrawal.
As you are currently hedging, this amount cannot be deducted from the remaining balance on your account, therefore the only available option is to remove it from the amount that you requested to withdraw.
Our Finance department will be in contact with you so you can let them know what you wish to do.
