First they sucked me in with a "bonus" for joining up... then after I had joined they removed the bonus.

When I decided to close my account, they charged me a hefty transaction fee to do that and took nearly a month to do the refund. Complete misrepresentation and really, to charge a client to close their account... just a *******!
