Rude contact - Not very helpful

This business is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Charls M (freelance private property finder) claims he can connect you to the landlord that will allow you to rent their property. When you message him as requested, he is extremely rude and doesn’t actually want to assist. It would be great if this business could improve and actually provide the services they claim to offer
