Bad business practice

We've been waiting since August 2019 for promises to be met. And struggling to get our refund of almost R20 000 after the chairman, Mandla Godi has promised to return our money due to the fact that he can't follow through on the agreement. He repeatedly asked for us to send an email with his invoices and proof of payment. He also constantly claims to be in a meetings when we phone to enquire, making even more promises. The latest is that he is under the impression that this matter had been resolved, but the staff member who is supposed to action the refund has never received any correspondence from him to allow her to do so. No answers and no refund, many empty promises. 7 months and just nothing but lies. Have had to consult with a lawyer.
