Promises and lies

I paid these guys up front for the amount quoted, my initial payment was through credit card, they came back and advised that fees have to reflect on their account before they can send the mobile crew. I made another payment from my cheque account and carried an extra cost to have the payment cleared immediately. I was promised the credit card payment will be reversed in 2 -3 working days. 13 working days later and numerous requests for the refund I am still sitting with the debit on my credit card. You will be in luck if your telephone call is picked up or your email responded to except for new business of cause. This now makes me wonder, will they honor the 12-month warranty should the replacement clutch give in? Though I am happy with the service provided, the after service experience is horrible. By delaying my refund they are in fact accruing interest on their account at my expense, this is *****.
