A BIG LET DOWN

Had this crowd fix my clutch at the end of September 2017 and have to confess that the service was good. However move on to Feb 18 and the clutch fails, now the hassle starts, there number of ********** 437 is virtually impossible to get through too. When you do get through a guy answers who is basically a mechanic at their workshop. No one had the decency to call me back and I have had to visit their workshop to try and get some sort of service. The owner who I think is JJ does not give his guys his phone number making the whole process of getting some kind of service virtually impossible. I've had to have the clutch replaced again at another 14K first one was R15750.00 the garage told me that it looks like the clutch was badly installed and not tightened correctly leading to the collapse of the pressure plate. I will be taking legal proceedings against this back street operation and plead with any of you who may be thinking of using these chancer's not to do so, YOU MAY BE SORRY
