<p>I have no idea why Auto and General use this vendor.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly. They are *****. - Yes. If someone lies, then you are a ****. Get over it.</p> <p>Secondly. They are *************.</p> <p>Thirdly. Not Diligent.</p> <p>Fourth. Unprofessional.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had our vehicle under a claim with Auto and General and consequently it was sent to Clubman Panelbeaters for repairs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst communication ever - The guy talks as if he's my homie. No emails. No professionalism. Asking stupid questions, hoping to avoid finding a part which was fitted on the vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lies outright (probably, or just simply blind/***********) stating that he has tested the vehicle.</p> <p>When we arrive the battery is dead and the radiator is pouring water.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>When we are informed the car is ready for collection - We have to arrange to collect the car from CBD and then inspect it and find the :</p> <p>A. The first condenser had holes in it - Because they punched holes in it, in order to use zip ties to hold the fan.</p> <p>B. The cooling fan of the condenser is strapped on with cable-ties/not brackets.</p> <p>C. Then after complaining, they replaced the condenser with an old, second-hand and barely functional condenser. Which they will now have to replace, as even the insurance agrees it's unacceptable. </p> <p>D. The clamps on the pipe were not in place and the pipe was bent/folded so that the water wouldn't go through. Therefore the radiator was leaking.</p> <p>E. The paint-job was good.</p> <p> </p> <p>The problem is, these are panelbeaters and should not be doing mechanical work.</p> <p>Thanks A&G for 5 wasted weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
