Stepped in glass and all I got was a plaster

Myself, wife and our siblings decided on a night out as it was my sister's birthday, and what better place to go than to Westend? Or so we thought. During the course of the evening the waitress in charge of our area (we were on a guestlist) came to fetch the glasses the ladies drank their Cosmos from, and she let three of them fall and shatter, and only picked up a few big obvious pieces of glass from the floor. Late the evening, as my wife made her way to the toilet, she stepped in a piece of glass that penetrated her shoe, and cause a deep cut with quite a bit of bleeding. We called the hostess of the evening to explain the stuation, and all we got was two plasters and someone eventually sweeiping up the reamining glass from the area. Not even an apology, nothing. We were extremely disappointed and our fun night out was short lived. The customer service stinks and clearly there are no processes or procedures in the event that a patron hurts themselves due to negligence of the staff!
