Shockingly unprofessional and shoddy service. Books for a customer for 5 days but never follows up with the promised travel voucher email. Empty promises every 2 days.Then the client doesn't even show up, and there isn't even a courtesy cancelation heads-up. Hugely *********** and disrespectful. Nhlanhla/Nhlenhla is the worst of the lot. He will call you tonight for a booking tomorrow that the client already asked about 4 days back, and he won't even remember that you are the very same guesthouse he left hanging and waiting. Avoid them at all costs. Even the government employees who are forced to book through them call or tell us directly that they find them grossly ***********. If you're a guest house accept their empty promises at your own risk, or R U N Forest.
