Rather book your own travel than use CLUB TRAVEL!

My daughter was awarded a scholarship to study in Taiwan and had to book a ticket via Singapore with Club travel. Her experience with the travel agent Joedene D at Club Travel was everything but pleasant, Surely people use travel agents to help make booking easier, but I would say that the travel agent's attitude was intransigent and unhelpful. We were not able to change flights or do the online check in ourselves because the ticket had been booked by a travel agent! The service is shocking!
