Club Travel

As a guesthouse we deal with many different travel agencies who book guests with us - some of them offering prepayments and others bill back. To any establishment reading this that has received a bill back voucher from Club Travel - DO NOT believe them when they tell you that payment is immediate when you submit your Invoice. Our first Club Travel booking - payment was received 32 days after check out (and from what I see in the other reviews we were very lucky). The second Club Travel booking - here I am, resorting to 1 star reviews on various platforms to warn other establishments of Club Travel's complete disregard to suppliers. You accept their guests and welcome them into your establishment, incur expenses (meals, laundry etc.) only to be sent from one *********** employee to the next, no one really knowing what's going on and endless empty promises. I am fighting daily to get payment - proceed with caution should you receive a request from Club Travel - my advice : say no
