Bad, disguising and unprofessional service.

Worst travel agency and so unprofessional. Not to mention a travel consultant by the name of Lebogang Mooketsi. She is so unprofessional and never does anything right, with a stinking attitude. She never returns calls and never takes accountability. She's rude with not sense of urgency and adherence to customer needs. I have sent numerous emails to her requesting her to rectify an error she had made and not at once did she acknowledged me. She's so unprofessional and the whole system is very bad. Please train your staff. This is terrible.
