Trashy place

The place is beautiful, the service is hell over **** and they never willing to accommodate. I paid more than 30k for 10 nights they didn't inform me about load shedding so I believed there isn't any, my granny who is on oxygen got sick and was shivering all night I had to run for medical emergency in an unknown place, I called and asked them to accommodate me for her atleast as she needs oxygen they couldn't so I asked to get refund so I can go somewhere else and pay there they refused and refunded 50% only which was not even half of the payment for the new place as its very expensive to get a place at this time and for 8 people. And they gaslighted me by saying we didn't put generators adverti*****t hence we not responsible.
