Totaly neigtmare On arrival We have been driving around 40 mins to get to the offices to check in and always directed all over the place. Finaly when checking in the unit was filthy discusting Curtain rails was rusted with rust on curtains No shower door Bathroom dirty Bathroom fan not working and full of dust 2 towels only No carpet for shower and stove plates rusted Pots and pans discusting dirty and oily The unit was so disorganized We drove all the way from Bloubergstrand to have a relaxing get away and did ask for another unit whereby We have been told that if we not happy to check out and they have other guest that will take the unit and they will refund our money ...this was around 18h00 .. who will check out after a long drive and drive all the way back to Bloubergstrand..so we had no choice to stay the night The next morning we have checked out Was only refunded for one day Wasted R1200 for the night and R500 petrol What a terrible experience We will never ever recommend any one to stay there For R1200 per night one will expect a upmarket unit We planned this get away for almost 3 weeks and was looking forward to relax and this is what We received Not only ourself complaining but there was other guests aswell
