Club Mykonos, A Horrible Resort

I am so highly disappointed in this resort. Personally i do not recommend anyone going to this resort/establishment.

Last weekend myself and my family checked in at Club Mykonos we got LATE CHECK IN firstly and had to wait in such a long screening line, when myself and my sister in-law went to reception to make our payment and to recive of room keys the lady that helped gave us such a horrible attitude and treated us so poorly and i we got no friendly service whatsoever.

the room we checked in house 196 was also dusty and a small dirty yet we were told the reason why we could only check in from 16:00 because of cleaning purposes even the remotes was so dirty we had to take a wetwipe to clean them.

secondly because of COVID they were very inconsistent when we arrived at the indoor warm water pools they allowed people to enter in without a mask and stopped us because we didn't have one..?? Also the warm water pool was very cold and it wasnt even warm so we were very disappointed in that.

thirdly we called housekeeping because our house didnt have a mop, we waited 3 and a half hours for them to bring us a mop and it was a wet and dirty one as well.

from beginning to end we experienced such a horrible service from this resort. I do not recommend anyone going there that place is such horrible and the people that work there was o rude and unfriendly and the place we stayed was not cleaned properly. I am so disgusted in your service and I am disgusted for the fact that you gave us a late check in but our house was still dirty.
