Settlement

I sold my vehicle to Club Motors Randburg which is a BMW dealership. I was instructed to drop off vehicle on the 31 Dec 2014 with settlement letter aswel as declaration docs as I was travelling abroad. They only settled after making numerous calls.& after the 7 day settlement period. In all of this I was shortpaid by just over R2000 which was totally the irresponsibly of the dealer. The dealer was responsibility for the vehicle from the time it was dropped off. When i called Naseema she said she was aware of the shortfall due to late payment & they were to compensate me. They now disputing to settle the differnce. According to the new owner its 1 month now & they havent sent him his registration numbers for the vehicle. Disgusting of a BMW dealership to trade in this manner.
