Empty promises - pathetic customer service

In December 2015, literally 1 week before Christmas we purchased a Mitsubishi Trition double cab from this dealership. There was no time to do any registrations on this vehicle so we were ensured that we do not need to worry about the licence disc of this vehicle as it was still valid until end of year 2015.I was told by the sales rep Sharon that when the registration happens I am more than welcome to come back to the dealership and they will assist with putting on the new licence plates. We never received a temporary licence disc.We left.On 19 Jan 2015 we received a request that Sharon needed a copy of the licence disc new registration. She was notified that we were not in town and we would get it done when we got back.We couldn't get it done when we got back as we had a family issue and when we wanted to get things doen we were told by the dealership in PE where the car needed to be registered that Jhb branch had to send the stuff to them.We were notified that Jhb branch were sent a request for the documentation. Now we can't have our vehicle registered due to road worthy and Randburg said they would do it only now to expect us the client to pay for the road worthy - how now?
