Disappointed as a first time BMW customer

I am in the process of purchasing a BMW from Club Motors Randburg. It seems like the dealership finds it easier to lose a customer than to accommodate a customer. The vehicle I am purchasing is got a problem with the tyres. Although the vehicle has been through a quality check and the measurements are within limits, I have indicated several times to the Sharon and Graham that the vehicle was abused or driven underinflated and they should consider swopping tyres so that I receive this car with a set of tyres that satisfies a vehicle that is only 12000km old. They have not been prepared to budge except give me a R5000 discount which is ideally not what I wanted but rather a proper set of tyres.
