Car not fixed propperly

My mini was booked in at Club motors Randburg. When I drpped it off I asked if they could fit a new numberplat that I got already. They said that it would be fine. The car was booked in for a minor scratch. I was told it would take a week or 2. Not once did someone phone me back to update me on the progress. I hade to phone several times to find out what was happening. I was told today that I could collect the car. When I got there I was told to pay an access amount which I did. But when I saw my car there was a bump in the paint and a new scrach on the bumper. The number plate was also not fitted. As it was late and I had arrange with the rental car people to collect their car already, I had to take my car. They also damaged a metal plate by the door which they have replaced and was one of the reasons the car was there for so long. I also heard my car was in the assesment bay for several days but no one saw the pump in the paint work.They siad they would sort it out on Monday but I am still highly annoyed and want my access amount refunded.
