Business Ethics

I rushed to finalise a deal with Club Motors Randburg the last day of the month, 30 November. As I got there Bongani told me sorry, you are too late (16h30) we cant invoice the transaction today but dont worry we will do this in the new month (December). I left rather disappointed, but atleast this gave me the opportunity to review the deal and maybe add an extra or two. Now, 1 week later, after 5 days worth of Bongani not knowing how to get the right prices of the parts, I decided to just go ahead with the deal \as is"only to be told no sorry"
