BMW - SHEER SERVICE FAILURE !!

Went to Club Motors on Saturday morning (31-Jan) as I WAS in the market for a BMW. Spent 45mins wandering around in the showroom without anyone even looking in my direction attempting to help or assist with any queries I might have. No one was dressed in such a way as to make them identifiable as staff so I its not like I could approach anyone. What a waste of a Saturday morning !! Eventually I saw a sales person assisting others I asked him if he could please assist me when done he seemed extremely disinterested and ignored me. Unfortunately I did not get his name. As I am currently a Volvo owner I guess they are right - Volvo for life!
