BAD SERVICE DELIEVERY

i am reporting Sizakele Julia Mkabela (BMW Club motors Randburg). i took my car to club motors randburg and she had said to me that my rims will be fix in a day i should just bring my car in the morning and she will contact later on during for their driver to collect me so get my car. so on that day the driver came collected me to go pick up my car but the car rims were not fixed and she told me 1 hour before they close. Then Sizakele told me they will compensate my petrol as i have to bring my car the following day, even today i am still waiting for her call to tell me what is really going on. WHEN SHE SOLD ME THE CAR SHE WAS BEING LIKE A CARING SALES EXECUTIVE BUT AFTER I LEFT THE GARAGE SHE HASN'T HONOURED HER PROMISES. I CALLED HER ON AN OFFICE AND CELLPHONE SHE IS ALWAYS NOT AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY CALLS WHILE SHE IS AVAILABLE AT THE OFFICE.,<br> <br>
