Worst service ever by Club Motors Fountains

On the 11/12/2014 my aunt took her car for service at club motors fountains (Timothy was the service advisor) and after few hours they called to give me the quote which was R5409.05.Later they called to inform her that the car is ready for collection then she told them that she knock off at 16:00 and Timothy said he will arrange for a driver to come pick her up. The driver arrived 45 minutes later after she knocked off (1st bad service).<br> When she got there she made the requested payment and went to the car because they have already parked it outside when she open the car it was dirty inside (2nd bad service) She then called Timothy to come and check, he came and he found that is true the car was dirty and he called the cleaning supervisor and they decided that she can bring it back. Before she got out of their main entrance the doors switch was not working and when she left her car in the morning it was working. She went back to inform him again, he tried to fix it but he couldn't and again he said she must bring it in when she gets a chance then she left for homef(3rd bad service).<br> I am utterly ****ed by the service I got from the representatives of BMW.
