Casino Owners play while customers have to wait

I am very disappointed at the situation that plays it self off in Bredasdorp as the owner or lets say managers from club mill plays the slots and let the customers wait and there time frame they use to open is not correct because they stay closed most of the time to keep the customers out so that they can play themselves even at night they kick the customers out in order to make play time for them they even right the incorrect names in the book to cover up their tracks. i would like to know isn't there anything that can be done.
