Very Disappointed

After staying at the Club Med Le Conninier in Mauritius two weeks ago - we had two incidences happen and I emailed club med Australia complaints department(by error) and heard back immediately from them, they then forwarded it onto the South Africa Offices and over a week later I have NOT HAD ONE SINGLE REAPONSE!!! These were two serious matters that should have been attended to/responded to IMMIDIATELY!
