Misleading pricing/quotes & Travel Expo promotion

We attended the Travel Expo on 7Feb16, & discussed travel packages with Seymour & Andre for 2 people for 7 nights at LA PLANTATION D'ALBION for 27Aug/3Sep/10Se***. By the time we had finished discussing this with the Club Med reps, the pay stations had closed & were advised that if we called on 8Feb16 we would still get the 15% expo discount. I phoned on 8Feb16 & spoke to Leanne who quoted me R34984, compared to R40348 as per website price for a club room, or R42468 for the deluxe room, with BA flights (***). I requested that the quote be sent to me. I didn't receive the quote so I called again & spoke to a different agent who told me that the price I was quoted was for the CANONNIERS & that the price including the 15% discount should be R40348 for D'ALBION. I explained that this is the same price reflected on the website excluding the expo discount, but she insisted otherwise. Where exactly does the 15% Expo discount on all trips booked factor in? To date I have not received a quote despite asking twice. I clearly stated that I wanted a quote for LA PLANTATION D'ALBION, so why was I quoted incorrectly?
