seriously club med >?>>>>
The holiday itself was great and perfect until the third last night where at around three am a person broke into our girls room there were two girls in the one room. (17-16) and a boy and girl in interconnecting room (13-16)
The person unplugged two smart phones taking them opened the two girls wallets and removed a few thousand RS the then left the room leaving the girls asleep
Coming from SA I know this could have been a lot worse and ****, abduction and assault all come to mind.
Our girls are seriously traumatized now after the euphoria of being on holiday has worn off and after our return are battling to sleep at night knowing how bad this may have turned out
Were the staff help full yes were they friendly yes but were the proactive in the issue of the break in I believe not.
On the morning of the incident there were footprints on the veranda (pic1) the last morning when we left the same foot print had returned (2pic) I reported this and was advised the police would be called. Nothing happened we booked out the lady cleaned the tiles and we left.
I was so looking forward to a club med holiday every year but I fear for the safety of children. As club med does not take precautionary measures
I was told there are public beaches yes so where are the guards on that side?????
If you know where the threat is what are you doing
How many other break ins have been reported as the GO let slip we were not the first ????
Come now Club Med are you happy a man can break into a child's room at night and steel, what happens if he ****s the kids?? Will you then make a plan?
How can you expect family's to holiday at your resort when their children are not safe in bed
