Exceptional and Efficient service

Wow I'm left without words what a great service I have received from Tanja Folkerts from Club marine insurance. I have had 3 claims already since I have been with them and each time Tanja service amaze me and I must say it doesn't matter the value . She follows up she explain thoroughly what is need from me and she speed up the process and kept informed all the time . This claim took few hours I cannot express in words how I feel . And insurer that looks at how they can help their clients ...is really rear here in south Africa .

This compliment is not to say you must overlook my claims in the future or treat them special but I'm saying do what you are doing because is best and carry own doing your best as it will retain your clients . Thanks a lot for your help
