Refusal to cancel contract

In November of 2013 I cancelled my contract with Leisure Life Travel Club, as requested I paid outstanding membership fees and forwarded an email notifying them of this fact. On 30 May 2015 I received an email stating that I owe them R1360.18 in club fees. I contacted the call centre to enquire about this matter. The service consultant confirmed that last payment was made in November of 2013 but that there is no record of cancelation document and requested I send it again. I explained that I don't have this document anymore. I was advised that there is nothing she could do. I told her that it was their responsibility to find this document and she started being rude, I requested to speak to a manager, I was advised one will call me back. It is now a week later and I am still waiting.

If you use some common sense, club fees are paid annually, my last payment was 2013 now in 2015 you request club fees again from me, what happened in 2014, why was there no club fees requested, is it common practice to pay club fees every 2 years? I will gladly supply you with the name of the agent whom I spoke to, she has no business dealing with clients, she is extremely rude and un helpful.
