REFUND and CANCELLATION

I have contracted with this company ad now that I want to cancel no 1 is here to assist me. I am cancelling with them and request a refund because when were sold this product were not explained that its a bond? A bond like debt that you owe when you didn't even use their services due to this covid 19 situation. I request that they refund us our R8000+ Their service sucks. they will promise to call you and they never do. when they sold us this only good things were explained and it was a quick session.
