I WANT TO CANCEL THEIR **** CONTRACT AND I WANT MY REFUND

I joined vacation zone under their agent called tlou greens,they promised me holidays with the points i purchased but it was a lie.i purchased 10 000 points .they told me that i will go wherever i want but nothing .it all started in February when i tried to make a booking for Easter and they said all their resorts are fully booked i tried them in may for LONDON and they told me i need more points and i purchase more 6000 points,and by July i tried TO MAKE LONDON BOOKING they told me i must buy more points again but i refused and that's where i saw their lies and i wrote them cancellation letter on the 29/07/2017 and they ignored my mails.they only rep**** today on the 10/08/2017 and the insist i pay them R29 484 to cancel even though i tell them i haven't used their company.i really want my money that they took and i want to cancel their contact.peoples must be aware of these ****s.
