Holiday Savings Account

I queried the fact that I have almost the whole year's levies saved up in my Holiday savings account.<br> According to the club, I am in this situation because I take leave in peak season, which is the only time of the year that I have my annual leave. They say that I cannot use these funds for Bonus breaks for example, I need to buy more points ( which I do not wish to do) and make more bookings to use these funds. This is totally not viable, and these funds will be lost to me within a certain space of time. I have found their attitude totally arrogant and not user friendly.
