CANCELLATION AND REFUND REQUEST

Hello Peter I was offered Club leisure contract by a consultant named Tshepo in Maponya mall and the contract was suppose to give me seven holidays in SA , Sea cruise and an overseas trip annually but I found out that it only offers off peak holidays in the country.The contact was offered as a permanent one , only to find out that its only valid for seven years .I paid an activation fee of R6000.00 and they deducted R6000.00 in January 2015 , after I'd personally handed in a cancellation request at their Pinetown offices to Mr Nicholas(a senior consultant on the 23 December 2014) , citing the breach of contract and misrepresentation by their agent. I'd love to have the contract cancelled and reimbursed all my monies , since I never got/requested any service from them after this.
