Cancelation of membership

I've been trying to cancel my membership contract for the past months an no one is willing to help. When joining I was told I can easily cancel my membership within 30 days which was not the case for me. I've sent numerous emails starting my reasons for cancelation but no one is attending my issue. I've never used their services, even the two day holiday voucher because they said it was peak season which was never explained when joining. Now this is affecting my credit score
