very disappointing fourth stay at club cocomo
the staff were friendly and rooms and bathrooms clean. they advertise the pool is a constant 32 degrees but the water was cold and no one could swim. this was very sad for most of the guests and this is the reason we actually like to stay here. there was no stock for most of the ****tails on the menu which was very disappointing to many of the guests. thank you to the staff for trying their best

It is with great pleasure to hear that you found the staff friendly and thank you for highlighting your contentment on our cleanliness standards of the rooms and bathrooms. This little island just wouldn’t be what it is without the wonderful people who work here. The Cocomo “family” is a very special mix of 15 individuals, all sharing a passion for tourism, love for people, and a pleasure & pride in presenting our establishment. Most staff have been working here from the beginning, since 2005. Our skilled, dedicated team goes above and beyond to ensure that our valued guests’ needs are well taken care of. Please accept our apologies for the swimming pool water's temperature not being up to your satisfaction. We experience great challenges keeping the 120 000L of water warm with the loadshedding having a huge impact on running the heat pump constantly for an uncovered outside pool. I fully understand your frustration. Although our facility list included a heated pool (max. 32degrees), we also very clearly mentioned: "Not ideal for winter swimming" We have however, removed the heated pool completely from our site in the meantime. We apologize for the stock shortage on certain items at the bar during the short time you visited. We experienced severe problems with our beverage suppliers then. We will love to have you back someday, offering us another opportunity offering you a tropical island vibe break-away in the heart of Harties! Warm Greetings.
