Rude *********** consultant

I received a call on 16th Feb 2016 at 09:46 from ***. She did not state her name nor that the call will be recorded. She advised me to pay my debt and told me I am married and I am not. I told her I am not working and she said it's not her problem and became very rude and did not want to hear my side of he story. I told her I can get an affidavit and she said it's no use. I <br> dropped the call and received this SMS -1/2 YOU MADE THIS LOAN AND IT IS AND WILL STAY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY . GETTING ANGRY IS NOT HELPING YOU . GET A JOB AND PAY YOUR DEBT. I don't appreciate this rude behaviour because I am not your child to speak to me like this. I want this matter sorted and a formal apology!!!
