SHOCKING SERVICE from CLR Electronics Kimberley!

We recently bought a washing machine from CLR Kimberley.After a few days of use it broke, we contacted CLR and they refused to replace it OR to come to us to fix it.They said to us that we have to bring the machine to them, which we did.We are situated almost 200km from Kimberley.They promised to have it fixed that same day so that we can wait for it to be fixed before driving back.We got there, and there were no agent available to fix it. ONCE AGAIN, we were willing to leave it there for them to fix and we collected it at a later stage.Weeks later we collected the washing machine and after a few days it broke again.We contacted CLR's management and they again refuse to replace the washing machine or to come and fix it as they will only assist us if we take the machine to them. We offered to take the machine to the nearest town which is halfway to CLR Kimberley, where they can collect it and fix it.Management declined this suggestion.<br> We have now decided to buy a new washing machine at another supplier as they failed to provide a service! We were clients of CLR Kimberley for the past 20 years, but will now never buy from them again. The arrogance of their management is shocking!
