Very disappointed

I was very excited after having won a pair of designer sneakers in the C***** Sip Up competition in January this year. I was contacted by a person called Vincent, who asked me to email a copy of my ID, and my tillslips to C*****'s marketing division. I was then asked to send my address and shoe size. It's now 4 months later, and I still haven't received my prize..I'm so disappointed..
