tropika competition

hello<br> <br> please advice why you guys are running a competition where we can redeem prices at participating stores but when we get there we are told that the store isn't part of the competition or the that they can see the code on the system but it requests us to pay R18? i thought the meal was free? ive went to chesa nyama braamfontein, brackendowns and midrand to no avail. Ive since reported this on twitter to your tropikasa handle they took my details and its been two weeks but no feedback from them either? please kindly advice you loyal customer which participating stores one can go to or don't falsify a competition where your customers enter and cannot redeem their prices
