Tissue found in Supermoo

Incident ID: 111481 - I am totally disappointed with C***** and its response to tissue found in a 200ml supermoo purchased at a local supermarket. Firstly, my intention was to bring it to the attention of the company that while drinking the product, a substance which upon further investigation was discovered to be tissue was inside the product. However C*****s response was only to protect its company and nothing else, making it seem that we have put the tissue in to defame the company. Take responsibility for your actions C*****. The tissue was inside upon consumption. Soiled in the milkshake. Do not look for ways on how it could have not been there, accept that it was. Who would want to put a tissue inside a milkshake and send it for testing. Your response to move away from the fact that the tissue was inside the milkshake does not please me at all!!!! Accept that a mishap had occurred during production or manufacturing.
