<p>After purchasing expired mages products at Shoprite Florida, I had no feedback although the c***** rep promised myself and shoprite management that the matter will be resolved. He has been avoiding calling me almost a month after the incident. The item may be a low value item but the rep should not make promises he cannot keep. On the other side however, I would like to thank the shop rite management for always keeping me posted with their attempts to resolve this matter and just being let down by c***** rep.</p>
