C*****. I say this while shaking my head and the taste of disappointment in my mouth. Your cheddar cheese...Is not cheddar cheese. When attempting to make the most delicious macaroni and cheese, I came to discover that your "cheddar" cheese was incapable of melting effectively. It became stringy and did things that no cheddar cheese should do. I don't even think it melted atop my pasta when put in the oven. With the taste of false promises and processed cheese in my mouth I can without a doubt say that I will never buy this particular cheese again. Your milk isn't that bad though. That's what the one star is for.
