TERRIBLE SERVICE AT C***** CITY DEEP

Today decided to visit City Deep C***** for a few household things and when we get there it's packed to full capacity. We then decide since we are already there we may as well suck it up and stand on a queue and mind you the sun ☀ is out and blazing hot 🔥. We stood on a queue for over an hour or two and people are buying stuff in and out of that place, it seem like there's a special going on and we are excited a bit to know that we get more with the little that we got and guess what when we get inside we are then told the things we saw from people who were going out of the market place its only for staff members only but securities bystanders and community at larger were buy before us and now because we are in the things are only allocated for staff members only. Why were we not told when we were still on the queues that anyone who wants to but just juice or milk can come in and buy because all of things we are looking at are only allocated for certain people that are known by the staff members that work at C***** 🍀.... I'm a regular at the establishment and I have never been so disappointed 😥 with their service until today...
