Spoiled Vanilla custards

Last year June 2021 I bought 2 c***** vanilla custards that were on special at shoprite expiry date was November 2021 but the custards were both spoiled when I opened them in September. I sent an email to C***** not a an apology was received only that they requested that I send them the details on the boxes, the date of purchase and the pictures then that was it no apology nothing. Their service is bad and yet we support their products on a daily basis. I have stopped buying C***** products they don't appreciate our support.
