SHOCK AND HORROR FOR CONTINOUS DISGUSTING SOUR BLUE BOTTLE MILK

Dear Sir/Madam

I grew up on C***** milk, and its high standards. It was considered to be the best Dairy Product supplier in South Africa. However, recently, we have noticed a marked drop in product quality. Most notably your milk.

Since 2022, every time we purchase a 2 liter bottle of milk, it is sour. At first, we thought it was a bad batch; problems with refrigeration trucks; retailer not keeping product refrigerated; etc. We even tried purchasing from various retailers, such as Pick & Pay; OK; Shoprite; Spar; etc. with the same disappointing result. this led us to start buying a different brand for milk.

On 17th June 2023, at 21h00, I went to a local retailer to purchase milk. The retailer in question is Sasol filling station & convenience store; at the intersection of Parklands Main rd. and Raaths rd. in Parklands, Cape Town. I found 3 bottles of C***** milk for sale. I checked the sell by and best before dates, and as they were within acceptable norms, I purchased a bottle from them. I then returned home.

When we decided to have a cup of coffee; our delight turned to disgust and horror. The milk was not only sour, but also had some form of cream which adhered to the s****. This raises concerns for your processes, your quality control; and your products in general.

I am sending this complaint to you, in an effort to highlight an ongoing problem; to rectify the problem; and to inform you that we will no longer be purchasing ANY C***** products as result of this. As proof of the product failure, I am attaching photographs and a video. The product in question is available for collection by an agent of yours.
