Poor Quality Soy Milk

I trust you are well.

To say I'm disgusted and disappointed in your brand is a major understatement. I always bought your brand because I thought it was reputable and a good and affordable choice for customers.

I'm vegan with numerous food allergies. I buy your soy milk because there aren't many other options of milk alternatives that I can consume. I buy it thinking I am spending my money on a high quality brand and product.

But have I been disappointed time and time again. In the past month, I've had at least 6 boxes of soy milk (bought at various stores on my holiday) that are completely sour and off - to the point of being completely revolting. In the past I've had countless more boxes that were also off.

I've had to throw away hundreds of rands worth of milk because it was completely sour and off upon opening the box.

I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from your brand entirely.

There is clearly no quality control throughout your milk alternatives which is completely and utterly unacceptable.
