Pathetic Customer service from C*****
I purchased 2 packs of Super Milkshake from Makro Cornubia. I sent milkshake to school for my son when opened it was off and green. My hubby didn't check his and drank his ,after realizing his tastes funny. After awhile he began to feel sick, vommiting and had running tummy.
I wrote up to c***** and called them. They came and collected the milkshake and sent to their for testing.
The lady from c***** called and said it was anything to with them but rather it wasn't sealed properly.
So they sent a voucher for a R150. The milkshake was R120.
I totally appalled this voucher. I was advised that this voucher was for a replacement milkshake and the inconvenience caused due to my husband getting sick from consuming this green particles in the milkshake.
This is pathetic on C*****s part.
