Orange juice complaint

On Monday last week 10 February 2020, I bought a C***** orange juice at Ok Grocer. On my way to the till I opened it and took a sip, it taste like chemicals. I told the lady at the tills that I think the juice is off, but we checked the bottled date which was In January and the Expiry date which is in March. I then got at home, my daughter took the orange juice bottle and had a sip, asking me what is wrong with it as it tastes terrible. I have sent a email regarding this matter, but no reply. Then decided to phone HQ and the lady put me through to someone which was unavailable at that time, I phoned a second time and the lady advised that I had to leave a msg on the answering machine and that someone would get back to me. Couple of days later and still no response. I have indeed kept the orange juice and want someone to collect it and find out what was wrong with that certain batch.
