Nolac - half full

I bought c***** no lac milk at Shoprite in Zola, Soweto yesterday 15 October 2021, when I wanted to open the milk, I could feel the weight was lower than usual, mind you it's still sealed.

Opened it, even took a video as evidence to show that I didn't tamper with the milk before opening it, boom, to my shock, or well expected shock, the milk is only half inside.

This is terrible customer service, getting half full milk in a sealed carton, don't know if it's a factory fault or what, but I paid the full amount only to get half the milk. I am asking for a full refund or a full carton of nolac milk. I have the receipt from shoprite and a video of my opening the milk.
